油管廠占地面積5萬m2，生產用建筑面積2.8萬m2，設熱軋無縫管（油光管）、鐓鍛熱處理、油管加工、冷軋等五個生產車間。擁有熱軋無縫管、加厚油管鐓鍛、油管熱處理、數控加工、靜水壓試驗等主要生產設備50余臺套，能滿足熱軋無縫管（油光管）、精軋管、加厚及不加厚油管及其接箍的生產，并擁有國內一流的舊油管修復專用設備。

    工廠有40年生產油管的經驗，建立了API 5CT及ISO 9001質量管理體系，理化、計量系統、檢測設備、儀器配套完善，實現了從研發到生產全過程的質量監控，確保產品實物質量合格。

    工廠產品暢銷國內各大油田并批量出口至美國、加拿大、俄羅斯、澳大利亞等世界多個國家和地區。

    The Tubing Plant of Zibo Hongyang Petroleum Equipment Group Company

    The tubing plant covers an area of 50, 000 m2 and a construction area of 28,000 m2 for production. There are five production workshops, including hot rolled seamless pipe (oil-smooth pipe), upsetting and forging heat treatment, tubing processing, cold rolling. It owns more than 50 sets of main production equipment, such as hot rolled seamless pipe, thickened tubing upsetting, tubing heat treatment, CNC machining, hydrostatic pressure test and so on, which can meet the production of hot rolled seamless pipe (oil smooth pipe), fine rolled pipe, upset and non-upset tubing and its coupling. Moreover it has a first-class special equipment for repairing old tubing.
